Application to the university as an international student is a dual application process:
- Program application: Domestic and international applicants complete the same University of Connecticut application for enrollment. The application (and address for submission) differs depending on the program a student applies to. Please refer to the program of interest for information regarding the application process.
- International Applicant documentation: Please contact the ISSS Office (Email: firstname.lastname@example.org; Phone: (860) 486-3855; Fax: (860) 486-5800; Web: www.global.uconn.edu/about/isss/ for specific requirements for international applicants. The Department of Allied Health Sciences cannot review applications or extend offers of admission to international applicants who have not submitted documentation in keeping with the requirements of the International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) as part of the application process. Failure to meet ISSS requirements will result in a revocation of an offer of admission. It is the applicant’s responsibility to contact ISSS and coordinate the university approval and international student admission process.
Where do I send my international student information?
In addition to the appropriate university or certificate application, International applicants must submit ISSS materials through the appropriate admitting office.
Undergraduate Applicants: Application to undergraduate majors in the Department of Allied health Sciences is done through the Undergraduate Admissions Office.
Graduate Applicants: Application to the Masters (graduate) program in the Department of Allied health Sciences is done through the Graduate School Admissions Office.
Certificate Program Applicants: Application to Certificate programs (Diagnostic Genetic Sciences and Medical Laboratory Sciences) in the Department of Allied Health Sciences is done through the Department of Allied Health Sciences.
