Admission Requirements

The Graduate Program in Health Promotion Sciences is open to students who hold a baccalaureate or masters degree as well as post-baccalaureate credential in an allied health field. Students ideally enter with a degree in a health related field or a strong life sciences background. All previous coursework must meet the general requirements of the University of Connecticut Graduate School. Detailed admission and application information can be found at the Graduate School website. A limited number of Graduate Assistantships are available, on a competitive basis, which supply a graduate stipend, tuition waiver, and health benefits.
