During this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, Allied Health Sciences is doing our part to help the University's efforts to limit campus access and track who is in Koons Hall at any given time. Please use the following forms to either request permission to visit Koons Hall for a specific purpose or to log yourself in or out of the building during a visit.
