Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Training
Upon successful completion of the training, you will be eligible to take the certification exam from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT). Successful completion of the exam is required to be certified as an EMT in Connecticut. National Registry Certification is recognized by all 50 states.
Training Specifics
Dates/Times: Aug. 25- Dec. 5, 2025
Storrs: Mondays and Wednesdays: 6-10pm and Saturdays: 9am-5pm
Training Fee: $1,475.00
The fee includes: trauma shears, stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, pen light, clinical Polo Shirt, AHA BLS CPR certification, National Registry Practical Examination (one attempt)
Students have the option to receive course credit by enrolling in AH 3099 or AH 4092 EMT for 4 credits after registering.
