Eric Ryberg, PhD
Assistant Professor
Eric Ryberg is an Assistant Professor for the Department of Allied Health Sciences at the University of Connecticut. He earned his PhD in Environmental Engineering from Yale in 2020, specializing in the development of drinking water treatment technologies for applications in low-income countries. Eric’s academic background and research interests span the fields of environmental health, environmental engineering, and environmental science, especially as they pertain to water quality and photochemistry. Currently, he is teaching AH 3175E Environmental Health. Beyond academics, Eric enjoys spending time outdoors by going on hikes and runs.
