Biography
Lauren Wilson is a Lecturer, AHS Major Director, and AHS Advising Center Director. She is a graduate of UConn (DGS) and is an American Society for Clinical Pathologists (ASCP)-certified cytogenetics and molecular laboratory technologist. Lauren completed her graduate studies at Central Connecticut State University (Biomolecular Sciences) after many years working in the clinical laboratory. Lauren is part of the Allied Health Advising Center where she is dedicated to assisting students in course selection and registration, majors decisions, admission to graduate school, and serves as a resource to students, parents, faculty and staff in the Department and to the University community with respect to allied health and health-related careers. She teaches undergraduate courses within the Allied Health and DGS major.
