Young Hee Kim, MS, RDN, CD‑N, CNSC, FAND, is an Adjunct Clinical Instructor in the Department of Allied Health Sciences at the University of Connecticut. A Certified Nutrition Support Clinician, Young Hee earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees in nutrition from Indiana State University. Young Hee has extensive experience in acute‑care clinical practice and management. Her work focuses on strengthening professional communities, supporting practitioner development, and advancing systems that improve patient care and wellbeing. Known for empathy, active listening, and a strong commitment to mentorship, Young Hee fosters environments where colleagues can thrive and contribute their best.
